These terms cover the FlipScore Chrome extension and FlipScore Pro. By installing FlipScore or buying Pro, you agree to them. Questions: chasstevens1219@gmail.com.

What FlipScore is

FlipScore is a browser extension that estimates what secondhand items sell for, using public sold-price information from eBay and other sites, and helps you decide whether a listing is worth buying to resell. It is an independent tool, not affiliated with eBay, Facebook, Craigslist, OfferUp, PriceCharting, or Swappa.

Estimates, not advice

Prices, grades, profits, fees, and offers shown by FlipScore are estimates based on recent public sales and the settings you choose. They can be wrong: listings can be mismatched, sites change, fees change, and markets move. Check items and prices yourself before you buy or sell. FlipScore isn't financial, tax, or legal advice; the flip tracker's CSV is a convenience, not a tax filing.

Using FlipScore responsibly

FlipScore reads pages you visit and looks up prices from your own browser, at a deliberately slow pace. You're responsible for how you use it and for following the terms of the sites you use. Don't use FlipScore to harass sellers, to scrape sites at scale, or for anything unlawful.

FlipScore Pro

• Price. Pro is a subscription, $4.99 per month or $49.99 per year (plus any sales tax), or whatever price is shown at checkout.
• Merchant of record. Pro is sold through Stripe (Stripe Managed Payments, shown at checkout as "Sold through Link"), which handles checkout, billing, receipts, sales tax, and payment support. Link's terms also apply to your purchase.
• License key. Right after checkout you're shown your license key; save it. It's for you; it works on up to 3 computers at a time. Don't share or resell it. Lost it? Email us from the address you paid with.
• Renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically each month or year until you cancel.
• Changes. If the price of Pro changes, existing subscribers are told by email before it applies to them.

Cancellations and refunds

You can cancel anytime from your receipt email or at link.com. When you cancel, Pro keeps working until the end of the period you've already paid for, and then stops renewing. The free features keep working.

Payments are not refunded, including partial months or years, except where the law requires a refund. If you were charged by mistake or something went wrong with your purchase, email us and we'll make it right.

Availability

FlipScore depends on other websites that can change or block access at any time. We work to keep it running and fix breakage quickly, but we can't promise it will always work with every site, and features may change. If a Pro feature is removed permanently, we'll tell subscribers and you can cancel.

Liability

FlipScore is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits from buying or selling decisions, and our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

How FlipScore handles information is described in the Privacy Policy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we'll update the effective date above and, for Pro subscribers, let you know by email. Continuing to use FlipScore after a change means you accept it.
